Los Angles (AP): The US actor Paul Walker, best known for his roles in the “Fast and the Furious” action movies, died on Saturday November 30 in a car crash in California. The news has been confirmed by his publicist.
The 40-year-old, Walker, who was in five of the six films about illegal street racing, was in a Porsche sports car driven by a friend when the accident took place. Unfortunately when the car crashed north of Los Angeles both could not survive the accident.
Paul is known to be in the passenger seat while his friend was driving the car. They were on the way attending a charity event, according to a message linked to his Twitter account.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department has also confirmed that the crash happened in the community of Valencia. They said, “The Porsche sports car that crashed into a lamp post in Valencia after which the car burst into flames, the car was completely wrecked.”
The actor’s Facebook page said, “It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach out Worldwide.”
