Dubai: “India is developing in all forms and Karnataka is providing its support to this modern India. Even after several positive development plans, Karnataka is looking forward to visionary private contributors who can develop Karnataka as the western and GCC countries”, said Honorable speaker of Karnataka legislative assembly Kagodu Thimmappa while speaking to the non-resident Kannadigas of UAE at Fortune Plaza Hotel Al Quises on January 8, 2016.
“We need visionaries and more skilled graduates who can plan to develop Karnataka in the years to come as the visionaries of UAE planned about this country. Many a times our leaders, government officials do not think of doing good for the common man and don’t have the vision of getting tourism benefits and other financial progressive plans. They require a motivator who can guide them to achieve excellence in implementing their projects”, he said.

Kagodu promised all his support and assistance from the government to execute the projects which are useful to common people and beneficial to the govt in the development of tourism.

Kagodu Thimmappa was then felicitated by BR Shetty during the programme.

Dr. Shetty fondly reminisced the friendship between them and congratulated the speaker for always reminding ministers of their responsibilities. He then expressed his willingness to develop the government hospitals of Karnataka with specialized facilities as the UAE and he requested the Honorable speaker to give him his blessings for the same.
