Mysuru: A group of three youths of city, by profession engineers turned as entrepreneurs with a unique concept of introducing the city’s first online food portal here in city on Thursday.

The online portal was inaugurated by the president of the Karnataka Pradesh Hotel and Restaurants Association M Rajendra and he said, “Today the hotel industry is only run by the elderly people and most of the youth in city are not aware of the scope that is prevailing in the industry. Due to it, there is no transformation in cuisines or hotels in Mysuru. If youth come into the hotel industry,  it will definitely match the demands of today’s public.”

Deepak Gowda, Rakshith, MTech graduate, Deepak, presently employee of Infosys and are the pillars of the concept of reaching food to homes in the city.

Speaking to Newskarnatka, the Managing director of the website Deepak, said, “Eaterschoice.in is a one stop solution to eat the right and best food at the best place. We make your choice big, better and easier. The primary objective of eaterschoice.in is to help all the traditional foods and the best foods of Mysuru to reach everybody and keep up the legacy of traditional and authentic foods of Mysuru. One of the biggest challenges for people in Mysuru or the visitors of Mysuru is to find the best restaurant or food to eat.”

“It consumes quite a lot of time to go to places and these places as they are famous, they are pretty much crowded every time. We have the collection of the best foods and restaurants of Mysuru, interestingly, including all the local delicacies that you desire from the street famous vendors to the top level 5 star restaurants,” he added.

“Rs 50 will be charged for the home delivery and we will take orders above Rs 200 online and for telebooking there is no such criteria,” he said.

Principal of Dr B Sadhashiva Gowda, HOD civil engineering department Dr H S Dayanand, secretary of Vidyavardhaka educational institutions and many others were present.
