Mysuru: The AICIM members staged a protest in front of Deputy Commissioner’s office against all leading political parties of Karnataka for their lackadaisical attitude in allotment of Rajya Sabha tickets to eminent Kannadigas for the upcoming RS polls from Karnataka.
The reason being most major political parties have decided to field outsiders from Karnataka. While the Congress party  is thinking of fielding former finance and home minister P.Chidambaram, the BJP is zeroing in on Venkaiah Naidu, minister in Modi cabinet. The JDS is thinking of giving its lone ticket to Delhi Politico Danish Ali.

The protesters held photographs of all the prospective outside candidates and urged Karnataka  state presidents of all  leading political parties  to choose eminent Kannadigas as their Rajya Sabha candidates.
