Mysuru: In an inhuman case reported from Mysuru, a new born baby wrapped in a plastic bag was found discarded near MCC dustbin on Monday morning.

The girl baby was found in a heap of waste by MCC pourakarmikas who came near the dustbin placed outside Hotel Nalapak. The workers would have had dumped the bag with the child into the garbage van if the child had not started crying.

The baby was rushed to Cheluvamba Hospital for treatment. The pourakarmikas informed about the same to police at K R Station. Investigations are on.
