Girl in Mysuru thrashes man for misbehaviour, hands him over to police

Mysuru: An MBA graduate thrashed a man for misbehaving with her and handed him over to the cops. Chaithra, a resident of Nanjumalige thrashed Mohammad Sami from Rajiv Nagar.

The incident occurred when Chaithra was returning home after dropping her friend at the Mysuru rural bus stand. Then she entered a Corporation bank ATM to withdraw money. Seeing her entering inside ATM, accused misbehaved and invited her for a sexual act. She avoided him at first and came out of the ATM. But he followed her and kept passing lewd remarks.

She got hold of his shirt and thrashed him in the middle of the road. However he managed to escape. When she left for bus station, again Sami followed her and asked her why she had thrashed him. She slapped him and soon handed him over to the cops who arrived at the spot after getting information.

The sad part of the incident is that nobody who were present at the spot came to help her,  instead they remained as mute spectators. Even few among the onlookers tried to defend him saying that he is innocent.

Now the accused is in police custody.
