Bantwal : District Congress President and DK District in-charge  Minister B Ramanatha Rai  has urged the party workers to strengthen the party organisation at grassroots level through various programmes and also to  enlighten the people on the various schemes of the state government.

He was speaking after inaugurating a party workers meeting at the Melkar Birwa Centre on Wednesday June 4 under the auspices of the Panemangalore Block Congress Committee. Urging party workers not to get  disheartened over the recent Lok Sabha election results, he exhorted them to dedicate themselves to strengthen the party and work towards bringing the party to power once again in the next elections.

BM Abbas Ali, Bantwal Block Congress President presided over the function. Harikrishna Bantwal, KPCC Spokesperson, MS Mohammad and DK Congress Minorities Cell President also spoke.

Several leaders including Mamatha Gatti, AC Bhandari, BH Khader, Usman Karopady, Vasanthi Chandappa, BK Indinabba. Mahesh Nayak, Sadashiva Bangera, Block Congress General Secretary and others were present.
