Karkala: The office bearers for the School Cabinet of the Hosmar Government High School were chosen through an election process in accordance to democratic norms.

The candidates first filed their nominations, which were scrutinised and symbols awarded. The voters were issued ID cards and the elections were held as per the rules. The voters also had the NOTA option.

Teachers Srinivas Maalage, Saraswathi, Swarnalatha, Nagappa Naika and others who were the election officers helped in the successful conduct of the election.

Headmaster Diwaker Hegde Tantri administered oath to the newly elected Cabinet Members.
