Udupi : “Udupi is the best market for the property dealers and to reach to the consumers”,said Sagar Mukhopadhyaya, Vice President Manipal Group.

He was speaking after inaugurating  Udupi Realty Buildcon and Auto Expo 2014, at Udupi Town hall on Saturday, February 1Five  motor companies and 20 property dealers of repute are taking part in the two-day expo.

Mukhyopadhyaya further  added that the marketing strategy mostly depends on the word  AIDA, Which includes 4 criterias like “Attracting” the consumer, keep hold of their interest  like “Eye catch”, “Design” a product in such a way that the customer gets convinced  to purchase. However the ultimate thing is “Action” where he himself gets into the market and makes the purchase.

He wished success to the two-day expo and added such programmes are welcome from the point of view of the development of the city.

Shalini Shetty, Assistant GM Vijaya Bank said that their bank extends 27 % of the home loans every year and she assured of the best service in the future too.

Kumble Narasimha Prabhu welcomed the chief guests, and uch expo will be organized at  Mangalore and Mumbai too very soon.
