Mangalore : The Facebook Group Tulu Patherga Tulu Oripaga organised a blood donation camp at AJ Hospital in Mangalore. As many as 50 people voluntarily donated blood on the occasion.

The camp was earlier inaugurated by Yogish Shetty, Founder President of Tulunada Rakshana Vedike. In his address, he lauded the group for its social service initiatives.

Kiran, Rajesh, Manasa, Santosh, Vinith and Subhash assisted in the successful conduct of the camp.

Tulu Patherga Tulu Oripaga team is also operating from Dubai and has organised two  blood donation camps in Dubai. It has even helped in bringing together Tulu speaking people on a single platform through ‘Gauji Gammath’ a Tulu folk games event. Further, it has also  created a record by releasing a Tulu script book named “Appe Bhaase.”
