Mangalore: Tension prevailed at Mangalore junction as the Yeswanthpur – Karwar Express train stopped due to signal problem here on Wednesday June 11. To give way, the morning train had halted till after noon as the other three trains from Mumbai and Goa pass through the same line, station master said.

People and the passengers who were gathered at the station expressed thier anger at the disorder and also unclean toilets. They complained that display machines showing train timings were also removed.

The train resumed its journey in the noon.
