Mangalore :  Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt along with other religious heads visited Ullal which was hit by disturbances recently and reassured the people that they were with them and would always come to their help.

Speaking on the occasion,  the swamiji said people need not fear for anything and added Ullal the land of the valiant queen Abbakka is known for its religious harmony since long. He pointed out that it were some anti-social elements which were hell bent upon disrupting peace and urged the people to maintain calm.

Sri Rajashekharananda Swamiji of Gurupur Vajradehi Mutt, Subrahmanya Swamiji and  Odiyoor swamiji were among the religious heads present.
