Kasargod: A Madrasa teacher has been nabbed by the Kumbla police on charges of harassing young students.

The arrested is Abdulla Maulavi (46) from Kannur Irikkur, working at Mavinakatte Madrasa.

He has been nabbed following complaints from parents of the Madrasa students.

Though the teacher had gone missing after finding out the there are possibilities of parents filing case against him, he was soon nabbed by the police.

It is said that several students below 15-years of age have been subjected to sexual harassment by this Madrasa teacher.
