Mysuru: In a bizarre family feud, a father is facing charges of having bamboozled his own son’s property by forging the sign of the son.
As per B S Tulasiram, resident of Dattagalli in Mysuru, who is a real estate developer by profession, his property has been gobbled by his father Siddaraju.
The son alleges that his father has manage to gobble a land costing about Rs 50 lakh at Bilikere of Hunasuru taluk, by creating fake paper documents which show that the latter has purchased the land from the prior.
Tulasiram says that his father has not just forged his signature, but has managed to get his thumb impression on the paper as well.
It is said that Siddaraju has then transferred the said property to his another son B S Ramesh’s name, who instead has sold the property to a party for Rs 40 lakh.
Now, Tulasiram’s sons have brought an injunction order from the court and are ready to fight a legal battle against their grandfather.
But, they alleged that despite the order, the Hunasur Sub Registrar has illegally registered the land.
The report of forensic labs have confirmed that both, the signature and thumb impression do not belong to Tulasiram.
The family is now standing against each other and Tulasiram has now filed a criminal case against Siddaraju and Ramesh.
