Bantwal : The Namma Padasaale Centre opened at the BC Road Taluk Office to assist public in availing various land related documents including RTC, seems to have not helped much as serpentine queues of applicants are seen throughout the day outside the centre. The Padasaale had come up  at a cost of Rs 8.6 lakhs.

Though the centre has a total of six computers of which only two are operating.  Moreover with the shifting of the Atal Jana Snehi Kendra also  to this premises the number of people rushing to the place for applying for income, caste certificates, pension etc has been increasing.   There are even people approaching this centre for various land related documents.

The Padasaale has only one main entrance and no effort has been made to clear  the confusion in the minds of the public who are unaware as to whom to approach for a particular document.
