Bantwal : A bike rider sustained serious injuries after his two-wheeler was hit by a car at Neralakatte in Nettlamudnur village on November 19, Tuesday.

The injured has been identified as Bhasker Gowda (38) of Gundimajalu in Goltamajalu village. He has been admitted to a private hospital in Mangalore with fractured leg.If Gowda was heading towards Maani from Puttur in his bike, the Tavera car was proceeding from Mangalore.

Vittal police have registered a case.
