Newskarnataka – Udupi

Udupi: Renowned industrialist Ratan Tata visited Puttige Moola Math, and inaugurated the newly built welcome arch of Puttige Moola Math Hiriyadka on Monday, February 10.

Tata visited Udupi after receiving an invitation from Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji of Puthige Math. Ratan Tata offered puja at the Math and Sri Sugunendratirtha Swamiji extended a warm  welcome to him.

Later, Ratan Tata  briefly visited the Manipal University.  He also visited TAPMI  where he interacted with the students and left, all in a few hours time.

Chancellor  of Manipal University  Dr Ramdas M Pai received Mr Ratan Tata with a bouquet. Dr Ranjan Pai, MD and CEO of MEMG and Vice Chancellor, Dr K.Ramnarayan were also present.
