Ullal: The Ullal police have arrested two main accused in connection with the  recent violence in Ullal area. The arrests were made on February 10, Monday.

The arrested are identified as Mohammed Shabeer alias Mohammed Kabeer alias Chebbi, a resident of Kotepura, and Abdul Mannan alias Munaf who resided  near Barka Factory.

Reportedly, Abdul Mannan is also a suspect in the murder case of Kabeer Fish oil mill security guard. Furthermore it is known that the disturbances in the area occurred after  the accused  entered the houses of fisherwomen and misbehaved with  them. They were absconding since then.

It is learnt that the Ullal police are interrogating the duo to find out the motive behind their act.  The two are learnt to be habitual criminals.
