Realty Expo-2013 to be held on Sept 28,29

Mangalore : The Mangalore Chapter of CREDAI will be holding a huge property exhibition Realty Expo-2013 at the TMA Pai Convention Hall in Mangalore on September 28 and 29.

He said there is a special offer for those customers who book  flats during the two day expo. Lucky customers availing spot booking facility will get a Hyundai I 10 car as a first prize while the second prize will be a Honda Activa. The third prize is a 32 inch TV.

The Expo will be inaugurated by DK District in-charge Minister Ramanatha Rai while Vinaykumar Sorake, Urban Development Minister, Abhayachandra Jain, Minister for Fisheries and Youth Affairs and UT Khader, Health Minister will be the chief guests.

Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, Moidin Bava, JR Lobo, Legislators, MN Rajendra Kumar, Chairman of SCDCC Bank, Capt. Ganesh Karnik, Monappa Bhandari, MLCs, will also participate.

Home for All

KC Naik,  past president of CREDAI and the Chairman of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders said the Expo has been organised with the  theme line ‘Home For All.’ He said  the Expo is an ideal opportunity for the public to choose the best and convenient project for them. He said the expo has been organised to have a direct link between the real estate companies and the clients and also to discuss the new developments, challenges and  problems of the industry. He stressed the need for real estate  companies to uphold values and maintain transparency in their dealings.

Ganesh Bangera, Secretary of CREDAI said several construction material companies too are taking part in the Expo.

CREDAI has a total membership of 12000 in 128 cities across 20 states.
