In the discussions Mr. Sandeep Shastry said,” A lot could happen before the 2014 general elections. Ruling alliance has several problems, they have problems when it comes to distributive work. If such trend continues, our ruling govt. will be in trouble.”

He further said “In 2014 elections, the state level traders will derive results. Today’s politics tomorrows politics and the 2014 elections will be state driven and the states will the main factors for the determination of the results.”

Mr. Ravindra Reshme said, “The youth hesitate to come up as leaders. They are hesitant to say that they are Ram Bhakts . With this I mean that the youth need to be Ram Bhakts like Gandhiji and not the ram Bhakts who attack the pubs and do all other violent things.”

“Past 22 years who so ever became politician carried forward Manmohan Singhs politics. They have made such a trend that no one is higher than Sonia and Rahul Ghandi. They have devalued the position and personality of PM Manmohan Singh.”

Mr.YSV Datta said, “In 1947-1964 people thought that the congress leaders had participated in the freedom movements and they got the credit of the independence, hence the people voted for Congress. But it was when Indira Gandhi came in 1966, the proper elections began.

At one side a seed of indiscipline was sowed and all the political streams were subject to indiscipline. Lot of political parties came after 1979. Every one believed that V.P Singh was Mr.Clean thus in 1989 elections became a person oriented elections. Some say that the congress will out of Delhi 2014 elections, this is on the basis of analysis between UPA-Congress and BJP-NDA.”

He further said,” Do not blame voters. The political parties also are not giving their proper contribution during the elections. The day when congress and the BJP will fall of power and the Regional parties will become to power, then the Secularism and Communalism aspect will not be there and the people will get to choose upon the party which is actually doing good to the Nation.”

The heated panel of discussion was greatly appreciated by the students and the others present.
