Bantwal: The police have made an arrest with regards to the assault and damage taken place at the Brahmarakootlu toll plaza, recently.

The arrested has been identified as 26-year-old Abubakker a resident of Apllamajalu. He was taken into cusdoty and produced in the court.

Abubakker was arrested from Madikeri by the district crime intelligence bureau and was later taken into custody by the local police.

According to the police personnel around 25 miscreants have been identified and will be soon taken into custody. Measures are been taken by the policemen to take action against the culprits in the case, as the police top brass have been instructed by the state level supreme’s to take legal steps against the miscreants, without showing any lenience.
