Mangaluru: Naresh Shenoy, the prime accused in RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case has filed bail application in the High Court.
The bail application came before the single judge bench presided over by Justice B Srinivas Gowda on Thursday, September 1 and the bench put off hearing of the application to Friday.
Baliga was hacked to death on March 21 near his house in Mangaluru by miscreants an subsequently, after arrest of two Naresh Shenoy was missing. He was arrested during last week of June and on August 9, his bail plea was rejected by the lower court.
