Bantwal : Water logging due to incessant rains on the road at Kodaje on the Maani-Mysore State Highway stretch, has made driving on the road a risky job.

Though the road at Kodaje was asphalted a few months ago, the failure of the authorities to undertake proper side drain works has resulted in water logging on the road.

Several  drivers  who use to the road say vehicles heading towards Mangalore, Maani, Puttur, Sullia  and other places were greatly inconvenienced owing to the problem.
