Miscreants Pelt Stones on Office of DYFI; Activists Stage Protest

Kasargod:Some miscreants pelted stone on the office of district DYFI office located at Vidhya Nagar, here on the wee hours of Monday October 7.

The office secretary Prashant who heard the noise rushed to the office when the miscreants fled from the spot.  It’s the third incidence of stone pelting at the office.  Meanwhile, DYFI district secretary Manikantan alleged that a political party is sheltering the miscreants owing to which such incidents are recurring, alleged Manikantan.

DYFI activists staged protest rally in Vidhya Nagar on Monday morning, condemning the incident.

DYFI district president advocate K Rajmohan, secretary Manikantan, vice president K Ravindran, Nishant Padi, Shivaprasad and others were present on the occasion.
