Mangaluru: A hoarding portraying District minister in-charge Ramanath Rai and Health and family Welfare Minister U T Khader was found disfigured by miscreants at Valencia on Saturday, March 19.

The hoarding near Fr Muller Hostel, , thanking the Chief minister, ministers Ramanath Rai, U T Khader, MLC Ivan D’Souza and former Mayor Jacintha Alfred was vandalized with paint and mentioned ‘Jai Netravati’ on it.

U T Khader said that defacing hoarding wouldn’t give any solutions. He wouldn’t be directing the police to take action.

“If the miscreants are enjoying such acts, let them do it. I only pray that they understand the situation and transform into good citizens,” he said.

Youth congress president Meril Rego, said that she has informed the corporator of the ward and the hoarding would be removed soon.
