• What was the idea of having an open day?
We wanted the people of Mangalore to acknowledge Menorah Realties Pvt ltd in the market. Showcase our up-coming projects and generate recognition.
• What are the various projects instated by Menorah Realties Pvt ltd?
Alexandria luxury sea view apartment is our second project whereas we already have a completed a project at Arya Samaj road. Moreover the present bungalow of Sachin Tendulkar is also constructed by us and we are also a part of the tallest building in India which is located at Tardeo Mumbai. There are 27 on-going projects.
• What is the time estimated for the completion of the project Alexandria luxury sea view apartments and how is the conversion?
The project is likely to be finished by December 2015, and with regards to the Mangalore market the booking has been phenomenal.
• How do you plan to create a base in the Mangalore market?
