Manipal: Rich tributes were paid to anti-apartheid activist Nelson Mandela by students of Manipal University in an artistic way.

A Rangoli depicting the legendary South African leader was created using rangoli powder and water colours by Srinath and Ravi of Kasturba Medical College and Manipal University. They presented the  beautiful tribute at the lecture hall complex in Manipal.

The Vice Chancellor of the University Dr Ramnarayan accompanied by the Dean, KMC, Dr G Pradeep Kumar, Medical Superintendent, Col Dr Dayanand, Associate Deans , former dean Dr A Krishna Rao, faculty members, staff  and  students visited the venue and paid tributes.
