Mangalore: ‘Mangalore Realty Buildcon Expo 2014’ organised by Manipal Ace was inaugurated at TMA Pai International Convention Centre on Saturday February 22. State Health and Family Welfare Minister UT Khader inaugurated the Expo. The two-day event is open to the public on February 22 and 23 from 10am to 8pm.
The expo aims at providing complete real estate solution. It caters to the needs of the customers by bringing together apartment builders, property developers, housing finance companies, banks, cement, interiors, kitchen equipments and other building material related companies under one roof offering best prices. About 25 builders, 15 banks and housing finance, 10 building material companies are participating in the expo.
Speaking on the occasion, Khader said “The event is a great platform for the upcoming private builders to fulfil the dreams of several people who want to own a house.” “The government tries its level best to provide housing facilities to the poor, the builders also must try to develop housing facilities for the weaker section in the society,” he urged
Ln.MJF KC Prabhu, District Lions Governor was the guest of honour along with Pushparaj Jain, President of CREDAI Mangalore and Anand K,Associate Vice-President of Udayavani.
Ln.MJF KC Prabhu said that the initiative to bring buyers and sellers under one roof is great and he wished good luck to the event.
Addressing the gathering Pushparaj Jain said, “Every year there has been a good response to the expo. Nationalized Banks have been very supportive in all the affairs leading to the development of the region.” We would like to build houses for poor if land is made available by the government, he added.
The welcome address was delivered by Kumble Narasimha Prabhu. The event was compered and vote of thanks was given by Vishwas Kamath.
Northern Sky Properties, Rohan Corporation, Nidhi Land Developers, Bank of Baroda, Presidency Homes and infrastructure, Citadel developers, ACC Cements, Land Trades Builders and Developers, Godrej Properties, Menorah Realities Pvt Ltd, Bhandari Builders, Vishwas Bawa Builders, Spas Infrastructure, HFDC Limited and many others are participating in the event.
