Bangalore: State Housing Minister and Sandalwood actor Ambareesh, has been admitted to the intensive care unit at Vikram Hospital in the city on Friday February 21 night.

Reportedly he has been suffering from fever for the last three days. It is also said that though there has been improvement in his  health condition,  he tends to  suffer from breathlessness at times.

It is learnt that three experienced doctors of the hospital are monitoring his condition. Senior doctor of the hospital, Ranganath Nayak, said there is nothing to worry, and the minister’s health condition would return to normalcy in a couple of days.

The doctors said that Ambareesh will be kept on ventilator for two more days.

Chief Minister  Siddaramaiah and several other politicians visited him at the hospital on Saturday February 22.
