Mangalore : UT Khader, State Minister for Health and Family Welfare inaugurated Mangalore Realty Buildcon Expo-2013 organised by Manipal Ace Event Management at TMA Pai International Convention Centre in Mangalore on May 25, Saturday.
In his address, Khader was all praise of Manipal Ace for its contributions to the Housing sector. Lauding the hardworking people of Mangalore, the minister said Mangaloreans have developed the city without waiting for government schemes thereby earning laurels for the city in the state, national and international levels.
JR Lobo, Mangalore South MLA, who was the chief guest, urged the builders to ensure better infrastructural facilities like good drainage while implementing their project. All efforts must also be made to adhere to building bye-laws, he said.
CREDAI President Pushparaj Jain said developments and growth in Mangalore is being keenly observed at international level. He said Mangalore can live up to the expectations and earn repute with the co-operation of each and every citizen and all builders, social workers and political leaders.
He also stated that all buildings constructed by CREDAI members are strict adherence to guidelines while quality is also given top most importance.
CEO and Managing Director of Manipal Ace Event Management Company (MAEMC) Kumble Narasimha Prabhu welcomed the gathering,Vishwas compered the inaugural ceremony and proposed the vote of thanks. Chief Marketing Manager, State Bank of India K.C.Narayanan and Chairman of Association of Consulting Civil Engineers Vijaya Vishnu Mayya were among others present.
