Dharmasthala: The body of an employee of  the Animal Husbandry Department has been found  on the banks of river Netravathi here on December 10, Tuesday. The deceased is said to be from Mysore.

The age of the dead person is estimated to be around 40 to 45 years.  A bottle of poison was also found near the body. It is suspected that he had committed suicide.

A case has been registered in Belthangady police station.
