Kasargod : A special police team of Kasargod led by DySP TP Ranjith has arrested a 31 year old man on the charges of stealing laptops, desktops and other electronic goods from shops right from Kasargod to Mumbai.

The arrested man is Abdul Azeez of Badiadka Nadubail. Police informed that he had stolen 21 computers, 11 cameras and several other electronic goods from Mangalore, Goa, Mumbai and other places.  He was also wanted in the case of thefts of two cameras and two lens from a studio near Hotel Roopa at Balmatta in Mangalore, 2 laptops from a  travel agency at Balmatta , a desktop and two laptops from  a computer service centre at Lalbag,3 laptops, two desktops, 3 hard discs and 2 RAMs  from the Edneer Government High School and a desktop from the office of an engineer near City Gold Jewellery near Press Club Junction in Kasargod.

Police personnel Pradeep Chavara, Saju Manjeshwar, Sanish Cyriac, Sunil Abraham, Lakshmanan, Unnikrishnan and Venu were part of the police team which arrested the thief.
