Udupi:In an interesting case, Gulam Mohammad, Udupi District JD(S) Working President has lodged a complaint in the Padubidri police station against Congress Vice President and MP Rahul Gandhi for “offending” Muslims.

The complaint filed under Section 153 A states that Rahul while participating in a public meeting  had  made a serious claim that ISI of Pakistan had contacted some Muslim youth of riot hit Muzaffarnagar and that he was informed about this by an intelligence official.

Gulam Mohammad has questioned how an intelligence official passed the information to Rahul instead of informing about it to the Prime Minister. He said  Rahul’s claims were serious and also made people look at Muslims of the nation with suspicion. He also demanded  investigation against the erring investigation official.

Gulam Mohammad has further said he would  file a petition in the court  if the Padubidi police do not initiate any action on the basis of his complaint within two days.
