Kasargod : A 15 year old boy has met a watery grave in a lake at Arayi in Kanhangad  on March 18, Tuesday.

The deceased is P Vishnuraj (15), son of Prem Kumar, an auto driver residing near Ayyappa Garage in Kanhangad. Vishnu who was a  student of Kanhangad Durga HSS School had  decided to  have a bath in the lake along with friends after his exams, only to be drowned.

Though locals rushed to the spot on hearing the screams of the boys, they could not save Vishnu. The body was retrieved in the evening and handed over to the family after a post mortem.
