Mangalore:  Following the debacle in the Delhi assembly election, the Congress may decide to play its cards with a different dimension for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. It has been speculated that the 40-year-old son of Union Minister Veerappa Moily may contest the  elections from the prestigious Mangalore constituency.

Although Janardhan Poojary was the first option of the Congress supporters, there are chances of the party leadership  fielding Harsha Moily.

Sources reveal that Harsha has suddenly become active in the Congress party at the district-level in the last few weeks. He has secretly camped in a Mangalore hotel and is holding a series of meetings with Congress workers.

Meanwhile, the reports that Rahul Gandhi is looking for young candidates for some of the Lok Sabha constituencies could well support Harsha’s candidature as he(Rahul) has close association with Harsha’s father Veerappa Moily.
