Mangalore: A ganja smuggler has been arrested by the immigration officials from Mangalore International airport on Tuesday November 12.

The passenger who was trying to smuggle 3 kg of ganja via Air India Express to Dubai has been identified as Abdul Barish (22) from Kanhangad in Kerala.

During the immigration procedure of checking, the smuggling was found out. Officials seized three ganja packets weighing 1 kg each. The total cost of Ganja is amounted to be Rs 30,000.

The immigration officials have handed him over to Bajpe police. The police have registered a case and produced him in the court.
