Mangalore : The JMFC Third Court in Mangalore has passed a judgement acquitting  dreaded criminal Madoor Yusuf in two cases.

Yusuf has been acquitted in the case of  barging into the residence  of Jabbar murder accused  Sunil of Ajjinadka in 2003 and then threatening his  parents. Yet another case in which he is acquitted is  that of demanding Rs 2 lakh hafta from Latif of KC Road in 2012 and then  threatening him.

It was earlier alleged that he had threatened Latif for hafta, even while remaining in the Bellary jail in 2012. The court which had taken up  hearing into both the cases,   has absolved  Madoor Yusuf by concluding that the  prosecution has failed to prove the charges against him.
