Bantwal: Six persons were injured in a serial accident took place near Kalladka here on Sunday.

Accident occured between a Omni car, Rickshaw and a bike critically injuring three persons.

The incident took place when a family from Shaktiganar in Mangaluru were returning home after attending a family function in Puttur. The oncoming rickshaw of Ashraf from Bolantoor and the Omni clashed and as a result the Omni toppled injuring three persons seriously.
 
Consequently the Omni also hit a oncoming Bike and left Kasargod couple and their child injured who were on bike.

All the injured were first rushed to a nearby hospital. The occupants of the Omni sustained serious injuries have been rushed to a Mangaluru hospital for treatment. Also the child which was thrown off the bike is said to be in a critical condition.
