Kasargod : Dubai-based businessman was killed by six persons at mid-night, his house in Trikaripur on August 4.The deceased is identified as A B Abdul Salam (58) who is a businessman in Dubai.
On sunday midnight, six persons with masks came to his house,they hit him on the head with a chair and killed him. They looted the house completely and also the mobile phones in the house.
Sources said that the robbers were speaking both Malayalam and Hindi.Though there were CCTVs in the house, the attackers robbed them and took away the recording too. The gates of the house are remote-controlled, but for the past one week were out of order.
Salem had come to his native on account of Ramadan.The motive behind the robbery is not known.
Fingerprint expert and canine squad have come into the service. SP Thomson Jose is investigating the matter and the body of salam is shifted to Pariyaram Hospital.
The local police have registered a case.
