Mangalore: The Dakshina Kannada district committee  of Bharatiya Janatha Party has planned to campaign in “Yakshagana Style.” The campaign CD  has been  released  at the BJP office on Thursday, March 13. Going by the CD it is evident that the party wants to campaign at a different level.

The Bhagavathike has been done by Patla Satish Shetty. The songs have been written and presented by Siddhakatte Vishwanath Shetty. Prashanth Shetty and Lavakumar have played Chende and Maddale. The CD consists of 16 songs.

Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, Capt Ganesh Karnik, MLC, Prathapsimha Nayak, President, Dakshina Kannada District, Prabha Malini, Satish Kumpala and others were present at the function.
