Mangalore: The foundation stone laying ceremony of “Akshata Palace,” a residential apartment project promoted  by  Apoorva Builders was held  near  New Chitra theatre, Carstreet, on Wednesday, February 5.

The foundation stone was laid by Suresh Ballal, Corporator Rajendra Kumar, MD of Apoorva Builders, Ganesh Shetty K, land owner Ram Nayak and others. Various religious rituals were also performed on the occasion.
Suresh Ballal, former chairman of MUDA, Rajendra Kumar, SCDCC Bank Chairman, Raghavendra and Sandeep Kulur were the chief guests for the formal event.

A brochure of the project was officially launched. The local corporator Rameeza Nazeer, Ganesh Shetty and Ram Nayak also extended  their best wishes to the project. Vineeth Maroli compered the event.
