Mangalore, Mar 19: Custom officials siezed huge amount of money at Mangalore International Airport on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Officials seized 3400 GBP of rupees 345,950 from the passenger who hidden it inside his intimate wear, which was found in the check- in baggage.

The person is identified as Nellikunnu Abdulla Jamalu, resident of Thalangara Kasargodu. He was about to depart from Mangalore to Dubai by Jet Airways at 7:30.

Moreover, reportedly the operation was conducted under the supervision of Pravin Vinod, assistant commissioner of customs at Mangalore International Airport .
 
Besides, D Purushotham, commissioner of customs at Mangalore International Airport is investigating the further matter.
