Bengaluru: The CCB police have rescued a 15 year old girl, who was pushed into flesh trade from a house in Mahalakshmi Layout on Tuesday.

Two people, including a woman have been detained by the police.

Sources said that accused Girish, a pimp and a resident of Magadi Road, and Jasleen Mary (23), a resident of Mahalakshmi Layout were running the prostitution ring.

The girl hails from a rural area and was introduced to Girish by Mary’s relative Anitha through one Manjula, said police sources.

Mary’s brother Praveen Kumar, an autorickshaw driver, had taken a house on rent in Mahalakshmi Layout. Mary was residing along with her brother Praveen.

And whenever he was not at home, she used to inform Girish, who used to bring the minor girl to the house and invite customers.

A case in this regard has been registered at Mahalakshmi Layout police station.
