JDS state President Vishwanath to resign soon

Bengaluru: JDS state unit president Adaguru H Vishwanath has announced that he is quitting the JDS state president’s post. “Soon I will submit my resignation papers to party supremo HD Deve Gowda,” he stated.

“Poor health is not allowing me to travel across the state to organize the party. The state-wide tour is very essential keeping in mind upcoming Lok Sabha election. Adding to this, I was elected as an MLA after the gap of ten years. I need to concentrate on my constituency’s development. Keeping all these issues in mind, I have decided to quit,” he stated.

“Party, especially HD Deve Gowda and CM HD Kumaraswamy treated me with a lot of respect. But as I am not that I am not making justice to the position, I have decided to quit,” he added.
