Bangalore : JD(S) supremo and former prime minister HD Deve Gowda who has thundered against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has said that he need not take lessons from  Siddaramaiah who became the chief minister by trouncing KPCC Chief Parameshwar.

“I have accepted victory and defeat with the same spirit in my public life. If CM Siddaramaiah does not stop hurling unnecessary allegations against the JD(S) then  things will not be the same,” he warned.

“Deve Gowda has never shed tears for votes. Never will he do so. I have shed tears unable to see the pain and sufferings of the people. Let Siddaramaiah  note that a person who fails to understand emotions  will not utter such words.” Gowda said.

Kumaraswamy has  a close bonding with voters of Ramnagar. As the situation has necessitated him to contest from Chikkaballapura, he naturally shed tears at Ramanager. There is no need to misinterpret this, he said.

Gowda further said the JD(S) will give a befitting reply to its detractors by performing well in the Lok Sabha elections.
