Bengaluru: In the last three days, over 5,540 houses have been damaged in the fresh flood and rain across the state.

According to the state revenue department sources, at 1,814 houses, the highest number of houses damaged are in Dharwad district.
Haveri district is in second place with 1,512 damaged houses.

In Belagavi, a total of 1,000 houses have been damaged in floods and rain.

Meanwhile, even though IMD forecasted a heavy rainfall on Wednesday, most of the districts of the state are witnessing moderate weather. No rainfall or fresh flood has been reported from any district.
