Sathanoor: The Christians are serving the people by setting up of education institutions and healthcare facilities across the nation, commended the State home Minister K J George.

The Minister George was speaking after inaugurating R C Educatin Institution school building block and community building at Harobele village in Kanakapura taluk.

“Our nation is truly secular, where in every religion, every holy scriptures and religious are bestowed with equal respects,” said minister George.

The minister George further said that everyone regardless of status in society have equal opportunity to study that got to be better utilized.The teacher play key role in shaping the future citizens of India, added minister George.

Speaking on the occasion, Fr Bernard urged the gathering to follow the righteous path, shunning atrocities, unfaithfulness and lying. The institution has been opened with the intention of imparting quality education to rural students, said Fr Bernard.
