New Delhi: Congress Leader Jagdish Tytler was allegedly attacked by a Sikh man at a party in New Delhi.

The accused identified as 23-year-old Sehaj Umang Bhatia was detained for verbally abusing and confronting Tytler and hurling a glass at him when the senior Congress leader was attending a wedding party at a farm house in the national capital’s Mehrauli area.

The accused blamed the Congress leader for the anti-Sikh riots of 1984, in which he is an accused.
