The 15-year-old child was abducted on May 1 and his body was found in Bulandshahr on Sunday. As a result of his incompetence on duty, Noida Police dismissed the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Beta-2 police station in Greater Noida. The boy’s family has claimed that their child’s death was caused by police inactivity.

After receiving the allegation, officials stated that the SHO was moved to the Police Lines, and they also ordered a departmental investigation into the case.

“After questioning over twenty-five individuals, we have not discovered any solid evidence. A ransom demand was not made. Initial impressions suggest a degree of personal animosity,” Sushil Kumar Ganga Prasad, ACP-1, Greater Noida, stated.

Kunal Sharma, the victim, lived in Rabupura’s Mayana Village.

CCTV footage from the day of the event shows the youngster getting into a white automobile that has stopped in front of his father’s dhaba, followed by a woman and a man who was wearing a gamchha over his face.

According to Shivhari Meena, Additional Police Commissioner (Law and Order), a missing person’s report was filed, and search teams were sent out to look for the youngster.

“Notification has been sent to the UP Home Department Principal Secretary. Officers who act irresponsibly won’t get away with it, according to Dhirendra Singh, the Jewar MLA.
