Mandya: The media survey has been proved wrong by people of Karnataka, said JDS state president H D Kumaraswamy and announced that the much-awaited manifesto for the upcoming elections will be released in 2 to 3 days.
Kumaraswamy was addressing the party activists convention held at Mallanayakanakatte that comes in the limits of Melukote legislative assembly constituency near here on Tuesday April 9. ‘The party maniefesto will focus on health, education, housing to poor, hiking old age pension to a minimum of Rs 1,500 and other benefits for common folks. JDS is likely to come to reign in state administration,’ said Kumaraswamy.
We have effectively staged struggle related to Cauvem by ry water dispute. The struggle will be continued in the interest of peasants, stressed Kumaraswamy.
Kumaraswamy arrived in a road show from Cheenya to Jakkanahalli, where large number JDS activists welcomed him by motorcycle rally.
